Two new assemblages from recent trips to Denver and Chicago. Couldn’t believe the beautiful butterfly tucked in a sidewalk crack in the Windy City. Must have just taken its last flutter. Made me feel just a teensy bit better that it metamorphosed into an assemblage. Interesting contrast to the bits of splintered wood I found outside an axe-throwing pub in Bucktown!
